L’École d’hiver sur la physique et les applications des nitrures est organisée du 7 au 11 mars 2022 à Autrans (38) par le programme GANEXT. Il entre dans un cycle d’écoles annuelles ou biennales organisé par GANEX, après les écoles organisées à Montpellier-La Grande Motte en 2013, Nice en 2015, Autrans en 2017, Agay en 2019 et Porquerolles en 2021.

Le programme est focalisé cette année sur les caractérisations structurales et sur l’électronique. Une attention particulière sera accordée à la pédagogie, avec deux niveaux de cours, général et spécialisé. Le travail de groupe sera également l’occasion d’établir des relations entre les étudiants et de renforcer le réseautage.

En raison de la crise sanitaire et des difficultés de voyages internationaux, l’école est, cette année, majoritairement ouverte aux étudiants venant de France.

The Winter School on Nitride Physics and Applications is organized from March 7 to 11, 2022 in Autrans (38) by the GANEXT program.

It enters a cycle of annual or biennial schools organized by GANEX, after the schools organized in Montpellier-La Grande Motte in 2013, Nice in 2015, Autrans in 2017, Agay in 2019 and Porquerolles in 2021.

This year's program focuses on structural characterizations and electronics. Particular attention will be paid to pedagogy, with two levels of courses, general and specialized. Group work will also be an opportunity to build relationships between students and strengthen networking.

Due to the health crisis and the difficulties of international travel, the school is, this year, mainly open to students from France.
