On-site registration:

Welcome of the school attendees and registration will start at 5 pm, Sunday 23 June, at the reception desk of Belambra business.

Registration fees :

Discounted rates for anticipated registration, before March 15, 2013 :

Ganex member : 420 € (HT)
non-Ganex member : 670 € (HT)

The following increased rates will apply after March 15, 2013 :

Ganex member : 520 € (HT)
non-Ganex member : 770 € (HT)

The deadline for registration is April 25, 2013.

Registration fees include :

accommodation from the evening of Sunday 23 June to Friday 28 June after lunch (the accommodation is based on double rooms for two students, with two single beds),
coffee breaks,
lunches,
dinners.

As soon as your registration is validated, you will receive a new link for the payment. Please select "Member" for Ganex members, and "Non-member" for non-Ganex members.

Payment is either by credit card, transfer or invoice ("Bon de commande CNRS").
