Registration

WARNING : limited number of places, about 20-25 students coming from laboratories outside France. Registrations will be accepted on a first arrived first served basis.

Registration fees :

GaNeX PhDs and post docs : Free
PhDs and post docs from French labs : 200 € (HT)
other PhDs and post docs : 400 € (double)-450 € (single) (HT)

TO REGISTER

Your administrative registration for the GANEX winter school must follow two steps :

Step 1: Proceed with the Administrative pre-registration. You will have to select two items within a rolling menu : your gender and your participant category.
- Once this step is completed, you have to wait for your registration to be validated by the organizers, the reason behind that being the limited school capacity. Please, notice that this validation process can take some time (from some minutes to one or two days).
- On this web site, you will be officially pre-enrolled. Upon validation, you will receive an email which invites you to proceed further to the final registration and fee payment (step 2)
Step 2: Payment of the registration fees. This consists in the final step for definitive registration, and payment, according to your status. Fees have to be paid via a secured credit card (bank transfer is allowed only for french laboratories).

Registration fees include everything except travel :

accommodation from the evening of Sunday 12 March to Friday 17 March after lunch (the accommodation is based on double rooms for two students, with two single beds (400€ per person) or single rooms (450€ per person),
coffee breaks,
lunches,
dinners
lectures
