Registration
WARNING : limited number of places, about 25-30 for students coming from laboratories outside UK and France. Registrations will be accepted on a first arrived first served basis.
On-site registration:
Welcome of the school attendees and registration will start at 5 pm, Sunday 21 June, at the reception desk of Maison du Séminaire/ le Saint-Paul
Registration fees :
Discounted rates for anticipated registration, before April 15, 2015 :
- CNRS member : Free
- Ganex member (No CNRS) : 125 € (HT)
- non-Ganex/CNRS member : 625 € (HT)
The following increased rates will apply after April 15, 2015:
- CNRS member : Free
- Ganex member (No CNRS): 150 € (HT)
- non-Ganex member : 650 € (HT)
The deadline for registration is May 15, 2015.
Registration fees include everything except travel :
- accommodation from the evening of Sunday 21 June to Friday 26 June after lunch (the accommodation is based on double rooms for two students, with two single beds. Some single rooms are also available),
- coffee breaks,
- lunches,
- dinners
- lectures
